Well it took YEARS for us to release this patch. Our SPD Harbor Master drives a hard bargain and getting him to release his cold damp grasp on this patch design was difficult to say the last. After-all you don't become MASTER of the HARBOR by giving up control of that which is yours.
Long story short we present the mythical often requested patch which is about the same size of out normal uniform patches here in the SPD.
H.M.P. Fun Facts:
1. Crumple it up and cover your ear and you will hear the ocean.
2. Cut a hole in the middle of it the size of a quarter and look through it to find lost items.
3. Hold the patch to your mouth and whisper "Harbor Master" three times and he will appear behind you*.
4. Drop in any mailbox and you will be littering and subject to arrest/fine by the USPS Postal Police.
